What information is collected
When you submit an enquiry, the website collects your name, email address, contact number, preferred date (if supplied) and the message you choose to send.
Why it is used
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, check and discuss event availability, create a requested provisional hold, prepare a quote and manage a booking if one is agreed. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and Limerence’s legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries.
Provisional holds
A requested hold is recorded with an expiry time and is not a confirmed booking. Diary information displayed to visitors contains status only; names, venues and event details are not shown.
Who receives it
Your information is handled by Limerence and the service providers needed to host this website and deliver its enquiry notifications. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an agreed booking, meet legal obligations or resolve a query. Expired provisional holds are no longer treated as active availability blocks.
Your choices
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to its use where applicable. Contact Limerence using the details on the Contact page. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies by default. If analytics or other optional services are added, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the site’s services or data handling change.
